A British registered charity supporting Christian ministry in Romania, particularly amongst the Hungarian speaking population of Transylvania.
We were founded in July 1994, after a few of years of informal contact with a Baptist church in the city of Brasov
The Cleaford Christian Trust never ceases to be grateful for the fact that:
Supporters have raised nearly £600,000 in cash since the Trust began in 1994
Through the use of Gift Aid since 2000 when the present scheme started, we have recovered tax of £66,000 at no cost to our donors
The Activities page shows you more detail of our work in support of churches around Targu Mures, pastors, FAST (a Romanian charity working with the poor) and Brasov Children’s Hospital.
