We have a Board of Trustees with long experience of charity work in Romania.

Most trustees visit our projects in Romania most years, and some go twice a year. There are regular meetings at which the Trustees make decisions on priorities, future plans, etc. as well as conducting the formal business of the Trust. A certain amount of everyday business can be conducted by email.
